Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the goods to our warehouse within 7 days of receiving them. Refund policy is available for creation perfume and concentrated oil only. The requested refund amount will be transferred to the customer’s account within 15 working days after deducting applicable charges.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
  • Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately.

How to Request a Refund

  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for sending the product back.
  • After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund.
